The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. waja333 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify waja333 support immediately.
4.4 Account Verification. waja333 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
5.1 waja333 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the platform at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by waja333.
5.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your waja333 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are authorised to use the payment method employed. waja333 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities.
5.4 waja333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, certain payment providers may levy their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
5.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of network confirmation. waja333 is not liable for network fees or delays arising from blockchain congestion.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and availability. waja333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 waja333 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests received during standard operating hours. Processing times for third-party payment providers may extend beyond this target and are outside waja333's direct control.
6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the platform. waja333 reserves the right to set withdrawal limits at its reasonable discretion.
6.4 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.5 waja333 reserves the right to withhold or void withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation of games, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion on the waja333 platform. In the event of conflict, the individual promotion terms prevail over these general terms.
7.2 Bonuses are credited at waja333's discretion. waja333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are for recreational use only. Any Member found to be systematically exploiting bonuses (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") may have their bonuses voided and their account suspended.
7.4 Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

waja333 reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and withdrawals, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All content on the waja333 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, and game content — is the property of waja333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the platform.
10.1 The waja333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. waja333 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, waja333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party payment processing issues.
10.3 waja333's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by waja333's own negligence.
waja333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be closed and you will not be permitted to create a new Account on the platform. waja333 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee exclusion across all third-party platforms or distribution channels.

12.1 You may close your waja333 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your usual withdrawal method, subject to verification.
12.2 waja333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time at its reasonable discretion, including where a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, where waja333 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the Account would expose waja333 to legal or regulatory risk.
12.3 Upon termination by waja333 for cause (e.g. fraud, prohibited conduct), any funds in the Account may be voided or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which waja333's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to waja333's customer support team for internal resolution. Where internal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an agreed independent arbitration body.
waja333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, waja333 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered address on your Account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
